World War II Phonetic Alphabet


Below is the WWII Military Phonetic alphabet along with the NATO alphabet, currently in use. The NATO Phonetic Alphabet was developed in the 1950s and adopted by the military of each of NATO's major countries, and is currently the phonetic alphabet in use today.
